Job Description Summary: The CSA SIOP Program Specialist will play a critical role identifying and supporting improvement opportunities to SIOP tools and processes, working with cross functional teams. This role will support increased efficiency, accuracy, and connectivity across the SIOP teams. This role will also be responsible for PIPO planning across the Residential portfolio. Purpose: The CSA SIOP Program Specialist will have key responsibilities related to visualization of data, process mapping, and articulating system requirements to IT on behalf of BU stakeholders. The Program Specialist will have an opportunity to cross-train across the CSA SIOP teams for development, support, and be able to gain exposure to the various systems and processes being used across Carrier. This role will primarily focus on the CSA Residential and Light Commercial business units. Responsibilities: The SIOP Program Specialist will be responsible for supporting various key initiatives including intelligent implementation of AI tools into monthly forecast processes.
