Job Summary We are seeking an experienced MES Analyst with hands-on expertise in MES implementation and Post Launch Support in discrete manufacturing environments . The role involves MES deliverables under a Build & Run model , acting as a key interface between Business, Product, Digital, and OT teams , and providing flexible support for global manufacturing plants. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for CMES incidents raised by factories. Log, prioritize, track, and resolve issues through established ticketing processes. Perform initial troubleshooting and root cause analysis before escalating complex issues. Coordinate with development and cross functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Communicate incident status, recovery progress, and resolution timelines to stakeholders. Support critical production operations through on-call support and rapid response. Monitor CMES performance, availability, and system stability to minimize production disruptions. Identify recurring problems, assess risks, and support corrective and preventive actions. Develop and maintain user guides, troubleshooting playbook
