About the role Lead Airside Products Design (AHU / FCU/ Liquid cooling) engineering projects with leading teams of highly motivated and passionate, experienced engineers. , Lead and support a team of highly talented & experienced engineers to effectively understand & address product technical requirements of customers, by ensuring up to date product offerings in line with the market requirements & regulations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Engineer products & develop of all kind of airside / liquid cooling products & sub assemblies from concept to launch, optimize product performance / efficiency. Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements which may require to collaborate with various stakeholders across regions/ levels. • Develop product/ solution roadmap for the category in association with business marketing & management. • Development of the platform products or qualify available products for different region’s needs / regulations. • Bring in innovation in the products/ offerings and drive same along with team • Identification of opportunities (to fill product/ offering gaps), do business case evaluation, involving right set of stakeholders, secure approvals on resources/ execution plan & ensure implementation. • Provide strategic and operational leadership for engineering design team • Develop detailed master plan for resources to strengthen Engineering plans and execution strategy. • Interface with key leaders across functions and regions to ensure
