Participates in various account management activities and customer relationship management. Responsible for representing the company's interests and building business relationships to enhance account management performance. This role is designed to lead and contribute to international AIoT initiatives, working at the intersection of data science, energy management, HVAC systems, and advanced AIoT technologies. As a highly visible role within the organization, it offers significant career development potential, enabling the individual to influence strategic outcomes and build expertise in cutting-edge AIoT applications across diverse markets. key Responsibilities: Lead multi-site, multi-year AIoT managed services programs in collaboration with external clients and internal stakeholders. Drive promoter-level NPS scores for assigned accounts, ensuring successful renewals and account growth.
