Job responsibilities: Would be closely working with client to understand their requirement, make detailed projects plans understand the technical scope of work, tracking the progress of the project and reporting the deviations to the management. Role Responsibilities: Lead multi-site, multi-year AIoT managed services programs in collaboration with external clients and internal stakeholders. Drive promoter-level NPS scores for assigned accounts, ensuring successful renewals and account growth. Manage accounts through a structured governance framework, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with program sponsors. Would be closely working with client to understand their requirement, make detailed projects plans understand the technical scope of work, tracking the progress of the project and reporting the deviations to the management. Oversee budget creation and handle operational processes such as SAP transactions for material shipment, sales order (SO) creation, etc. Role Purpose: This role is designed to lead and contribute to international AIoT initiatives, working at the intersection of data science, energy management, HVAC systems, and advanced AIoT technologies.
