The role involves MES deliverables under a Build & Run model , acting as a key interface between Business, Product, Digital, and OT teams , and providing flexible support for global manufacturing plants. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced MES Senior Analyst with hands-on expertise in MES implementation and Post Launch Support in discrete manufacturing environments . The role involves MES deliverables under a Build & Run model , acting as a key interface between Business, Product, Digital, and OT teams , and providing flexible support for global manufacturing plants. Key Responsibilities Lead MES implementation including requirements gathering, solution design, Testing, cutover, and hypercare. Take technical ownership of new MES functionalities and feature releases. Participate in requirement discussions with Business and Product teams and convert them into technical designs. Lead feature planning, development estimation, implementation, testing, and production rollout.
