About the role The Lead Business Analyst in the Analytics CoE is responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of analytics use cases, from problem definition through solution delivery and value realization.this role acts as a trusted analytics partner to business stakeholders, leading complex analytics initiatives, shaping analytics solutions, and ensuring insights are actionable, scalable, and aligned with business strategy. The Lead BA mentors junior BAs, influences analytics design decisions, and plays a key role in driving analytics maturity across the organization Key Responsibilities: A. Business Problem Ownership & Analytics Solutioning Lead discussions with senior business stakeholders to identify, frame, and prioritize analytics use cases Translate strategic business objectives into analytics problem statements and solution approaches Define enterprise‑level KPIs, metrics, and performance frameworks Apply strong domain knowledge to recommend process improvements and data‑driven decisions B.
