About the role: Perform chiller performance testing, qualification and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems and controls during validation and field issues. Drive system-level engineering design, covering refrigeration cycle, hydronics and overall system integration Perform advanced engineering calculations and simulations (thermal performance, pressure drop, load matching, component sizing) to ensure system performance meets mission-critical reliability expectations Lead technical risk identification and mitigation through DFMEA, SFMEA, RRCA, design reviews, and failure analysis Analyze customer specifications and translate them into customized chiller configurations (capacity, ambient conditions, redundancy, efficiency targets) Design and validate hydronic systems, including pump selection, piping layout, pressure drop calculations, and integration of hydronic modules Support customer technical submittals, including P&IDs, performance data, and resolve engineering queries during project execution Ensure compliance with industry standards and codes (AHRI, ASME, PED, IS, internal design guidelines) Act as the technic
