Java Developer – Job Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain integrations and applications using Java/J2EE technologies (Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework). Develop web/UI components using modern frameworks such as React JS , delivering high-quality, user-friendly interfaces. Build and support interfaces using RESTful web services , handling JSON, XML, and CSV formats. Develop and consume APIs using Spring Boot / Spring MVC (REST Controllers) . Work with enterprise Java technologies including Spring, Hibernate/JPA , and microservices architecture. Strong involvement in database development, optimization, and performance tuning , with a focus on PL/SQL . Design and implement solutions based on architecture guidelines and business requirements . Collaborate effectively with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders . Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, QA, and production environments . Ensure adherence to engineering standards, regulatory compliance, and security best practices . Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives . Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery processes . Maintain clear documentation, including technical designs, API specifications, and support runbooks . Requirements / Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline . 6–9 years of hands-on experience in Java development , specifically: Java / J2EE Technologies Spring Boot / Spring Framework Hibernate / JPA Experience with enterprise UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar .
