Position Summary The Cash Accountant Process Lead is responsible for overseeing cash accounting activities, leading complex, high-volume cash reconciliation processes, and driving automation and process improvements across the cash close cycle. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in cash management and reconciliations across multiple banking partners, currencies, and internal systems, along with experience designing and implementing automation solutions that improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. This individual will serve as a key contributor in strengthening controls, resolving complex reconciliation items, and supporting a best-in-class cash close process. Key Responsibilities Lead daily, weekly, and monthly cash reconciliations across 150+ bank accounts. Review and analyze high-volume cash transactions to ensure accurate recording, classification, and timely resolution of discrepancies. Own the preparation and review of cash-related journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Manage cash accounting activities during the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with a focus on transactional currencies and mitigating FX impact.
