Scope: • We are a leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions Software Product Company and one of Glassdoor’s “Best Places To Work”. • Deployment team’s mission is to deploy and operate end-to-end microservices based Order fulfillment components products in Azure and GCP environments with customer focus. This team deploys and operates software that leverage, messaging frameworks and innovative open source to build the platform. Current technical environment: Software/Tools: Java, SpringBoot, Groovy, GitHub, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, Codacy, GitHub Advance Security, Black Duck Hub, BlazeMeter, Artifactory, Ansible, Docker, etc. Application Architecture : Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture Cloud Architecture : MS Azure (ARM templates, AKS, Virtue Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD) Frameworks/Others : Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Spark, NOSQL, RDBMS, Spring Boot, Snowflake What you'll do: • As a SaaS Devops engineer, you will be responsible to deploy and monitor microservices; and makes sure the solution is running efficiently within the agreed upon SLAs as well as support the implementation team. Responsibilities: Primary Duties and Responsibilities • Work with product and cloud architects to design automated pipelines to support SaaS delivery and operations in Azure (AKS) and GCP cloud platforms. • Work with company personnel to define technical problems and requirements, determine solutions, and implement those solutions. • Provide technical feedback to engineering regarding product changes and enhancements. • Deploy and automate deployment as well as monitor the client solution; make sure the client environments are up 99.9999% of the time and meet the response time SLAs. • Plan upgrades and executes towards the goal of moving all the clients to the latest version of the software. • Make sure the deployments are secure and work with security team to harden the environments and fix any security vulnerabil
