Job Description Purpose of the role To maximise the impact of Research across internal and external stakeholders through the co-ordination and origination of differentiated Research content, as well as the marketing and branding of Research to Clients. Accountabilities Origination and production of topical, market-relevant content-led global analyst roadshows, Premier Events, conferences and client engagement opportunities. Exploration, evaluation and execution of new formats for delivering research with an eye on commerciality. Conflict of interest mitigation for the Research department by acting as a liaison between Research and other areas of the bank. Facilitation of adherence to best practices and applicable regulations in the production of Research via the IPC process or other governance forums and processes. Analyst Expectations To perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard consistently driving continuous improvement. Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise They lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements and coordinating team resources.
