Process that proceeds from concept to production to operation on consolidated safety valves As a Lead Engineer - Safety valve product design and Engineering, you will be responsible for: Developing and Establishing Global sustenance engineering process and guidelines to centralize the design engineering Leading the engineering change management of safety valves, ensuring compliance with API 520/521/526, ASME Section VIII, NACE MR0175, and ISO 4126 Creating and reviewing 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and specifications. Performing stress analysis, flow calculations, and material selection for valve components. Driving design reviews, risk assessments, and design verification activities. Driving innovation in valve design to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability Collaborating with suppliers to ensure quality and manufacturability of components. Strong skill in writing engineering-controlled specifications that define the product lines.
