Partner with the best The RCCP Planner is a hybrid role responsible for supporting Master Scheduling activities administratively while owning Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) execution. This role ensures alignment between capacity, material availability, and the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to enable on-time delivery (OTD) across global Subsea manufacturing sites. The position will act as a key interface across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and project teams while operating from the India Hub supporting global operations remotely As an RCCP Planner , you will also be responsible for: Capacity Planning (RCCP & Scheduling Support) Support Master Schedulers in executing S&OP supply plans and maintaining planning data integrity. Perform Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) to validate production feasibility against demand. Analyse capacity constraints, bottlenecks, and load vs. capacity gaps across manufacturing sites and suppliers. Provide administrative support for CyberPlan reporting, including: Extracting standard reports and data outputs from CyberPlan Consolidating and preparing reports for Master Scheduler reviews. Ensuring data accuracy and timely availability of reports. Assist in defining and maintaining lead times and execution schedules aligned with business priorities. Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment between demand, capacity, and execution plans. 2. Material Planning
