Partner with the best As a MEAP Drill Bits Tender Manager, you will be responsible for: Develop proposals, commercial submissions and mega-tenders Ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing. Prepare for bid reviews and presentations May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation. Handles products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions. Manages complex commercial processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal. Handles important commercial activities or NOCs and IOCs for a product line. Fuel your passion Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Have at least 5 years of experience in drill bits Minimum of 2-3 additional years of experience in Proposals. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
