As a Sales Support Assistant, you will work closely with the Market VP and leadership team to decode market trends, leverage AI for analysis, and support strategic decision-making. You will go beyond coordination and reporting to become a forward-looking business enabler, translating market signals into actionable insights and business direction. Ideal Candidate Profile MBA from a top-tier B-school (ISB/IIM/Global equivalents) 1 or 2 years experienced grads with commercial savviness Strong interest in market trends, business strategy, and AI tools Ability to think in terms of insights → implications → actions Aspires to grow into strategy, business, or sales leadership roles Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales Support to Leadership - Support the Market VP in business reviews, planning, and strategic initiatives - Prepare insight-driven briefs and analysis for decision-making - Act as a bridge between data, market insights, and execution Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis - Track and decode industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior shifts - Identify leading indicators and emerging opportunities AI-Enabled Analysis & Insight Generation - Use AI tools and analytics platforms to analyze data, identify patterns, and generate insights - Translate outputs into clear business implications Sales Insights & Performance Support - Support tracking of pipeline health, revenue performance, and conversion trends - Identify gaps and suggest improvement actions Presentation & Business Storytelling - Create high-quality presentations for QBRs, strategy discussions, and leadership reviews - Convert complex
