We are looking for a person who is enthusiastic about delivering innovative solutions aimed at providing a Device Independent experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of software development for desktop and web applications. FlexSim is a discrete event manufacturing simulation software developed by FlexSim Software Products, Inc. FlexSim is 3D simulation software that models, simulates, predicts, and visualizes business systems in a variety of industries: manufacturing, material handling, healthcare, warehousing, mining, logistics, and more. It uses an OpenGL environment to realize real-time 3D rendering and it is declared to be the only simulation software that incorporates a C++ IDE and compiler in the graphic modelling environment. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance native software components using modern C++ Contribute to the core FlexSim simulation engine, modeling frameworks, and platform architecture Develop scalable, maintainable, and efficient software using object-oriented design principles and modern C++ best practices Build and enhance simulation, visualization, interoperability, and manufacturing-focused capabilities Design and implement robust APIs, SDKs, extensibility frameworks, and system integrations Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving performance, memory management, threading, and system behavior Analyze and optimize CPU utilization, memory consumption, scalability, and application responsiveness Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and code reviews Collaborate with Product Management, UX, QA, and globally distributed engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions Contribute to automated testing, release engineering, CI/CD, and software quality initia
