As part of the Global Channel Governance team, you will help support consistent operational practices by applying governance processes, Channel Framework requirements, company policies, and knowledge of relevant systems. In this role, you will use sound judgment to identify risks, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement. You will develop practical guidance and documentation, support reporting and workflow enhancements, and partner with stakeholders across regions and functions to strengthen governance and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities Apply Channel Framework requirements, company policies, and governance standards in day-to-day activities. Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement within assigned areas and existing processes and provide practical guidance that supports the evolving needs of the partner ecosystem Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities related to Channel Framework requirements and partner system enhancements, including participating in testing activities as needed Assist with agreement-related governance activities across the channel partner ecosystem, particularly where partner agreements intersect with Channel Framework requirements, partner program policies, and audit expectations Support and maintain governance activities within the Airtable Global Channel Framework, including audit tracking, compliance monitoring, documentation, and guidance related to audit documentation and approval requirements Manage and maintain Atlassian site content and centralized team documentation to ensure governance information, policy updates, and operational processes remain accurate, current, and accessible Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to s
