Job Requisition ID # 26WD99181 Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on, technically strong, and business-oriented Finance AI Enablement Lead to join our Finance Transformation AI team. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, AI product delivery, data, and user enablement. The successful candidate will partner directly with Finance stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, build and support AI-powered solutions, and help users adopt new ways of working through copilots, agents, automation, and GenAI-enabled workflows. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with Finance leaders and end users while also being capable of prototyping, configuring, troubleshooting, and improving AI solutions end to end. The candidate should possess sufficient technical depth to understand data flows, workflows, prompts, APIs, SQL, and Python logic, while also being able to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical users.This role is ideal for someone passionate about building practical AI solutions, supporting users in real business environments, and enabling responsible and effective AI adoption.
