Accountabilities: ESG Solution Design and Delivery: Architect and deliver configurations for SAP Sustainability Footprint Management (SFM) and SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT) that enable detailed footprint calculations, Key Performance Indicators tracking, and regulatory reporting aligned to CSRD, GRI, EU Taxonomy, and GHG standards. Business Process Alignment: Partner with business collaborators to build processes that align to SAP standard functionality, converting real‑world needs into robust designs and enhancements that drive transparency and efficiency. Lead the process of acquiring and exchanging data for sustainability. Develop inbound and outbound APIs. Coordinate integrations with SAP S/4HANA and SAP CPI to ensure reliable, end-to-end data flows. EHS and GLM Excellence: Enable compliant product safety, management of dangerous goods, and global labeling by owning SAP EHS and Global Label Management capabilities, WWI architecture, and label printing at scale. Validated Delivery and Compliance: Embed GxP and SOX controls in WoW, operate in validated environments, and set standards that safeguard quality and audit readiness. Continuous Improvement and Support: Own application management for ESG/EHS solutions, drive improvements, and deliver lifecycle updates including SERC content and expert rules
