Accountabilities Lead end-to-end MarTech transformation and migrations moving away from legacy systems toward Salesforce Marketing Cloud, planning cutovers, managing risks, and scaling solutions across multiple markets. Define and detail future-state architecture, processes, and governance models that align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and data governance standards. Partner with IT and external vendors to coordinate integrations and data flows, crafting robust integration architectures and scalable client information frameworks. Build, configure, and implement SFMC solutions spanning Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, CloudPages, Interaction Studio, SMS, push, and WhatsApp, integrating Einstein capabilities effectively. Build and refine multi-channel customer journeys with strong contact governance, throttling rules, and reusable assets such as templates and content blocks. Develop dynamic, personalized content using AMPscript, HTML, SQL/SOQL, and JSON; apply Salesforce connectors and relevant code (e.g., Apex, JavaScript) where needed to meet complex requirements. Oversee campaign data operations from end to end, including data extensions, automations, filters, and triggered sends, while maintaining high standards of data quality through cleaning, transformation, and standardization.
