Accountabilities: Topic and Taxonomy Design: Support the definition of topics, measures, and filters to frame clear objectives and deliverables for both standard and custom reports. Query Engineering and Tool Setup: Build and refine social listening queries, keywords, and parameters; configure dashboards to ensure accurate capture of volume, sentiment, drivers, and influencers. Data Quality and Refinement: Take ownership of query iteration to reduce noise and bias, ensuring precise, decision-ready mention analysis by the close of each reporting period. Insight Generation and Storytelling: Pull, interpret, and synthesize data into sharp insights that inform content and media decisions for campaigns and events; advise teams on optimizations and next actions.
