The Analyst - Global Regulatory Request Team LS-I : 聽is responsible for: Coordinate customer requests related to product regulatory inquiries. Complete customer questionnaires and coordinate responses with regional and global Product Regulatory and Quality team members. Work closely with internal and external customers to communicate the status of requests and ensure timely resolution. Serve as the first point of contact for customer questionnaires and provide accurate and appropriate responses. Take ownership of assigned requests, proactively following up on each case to ensure completion in a timely and high-quality manner. Develop an understanding of customer regulatory requirements in both industrial and consumer product environments. Maintain accurate records of customer requests and support continuous process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory information is current, consistent, and compliant with customer requirements. Support global business objectives by delivering excellent customer service and regulatory guidance. Education / Experience Bachelor鈥檚 Degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Regulatory functions within the chemical industry. Experience with pharmaceutical-grade products and knowledge of solvent-based chemistry is preferred.
