We’re hiring an Electrical/Electronics Engineer to design and develop our automotive products in the areas of Active Safety and User-Experience. This position is located at TCI Bengaluru. Your Role Deliver high‑quality embedded software solutions for automotive ECUs across design, development, integration, and validation phases. Implement and integrate AUTOSAR‑based software components and automotive communication protocols, ensuring robust interaction with microcontroller architectures. Execute software development activities in full alignment with automotive standards and processes, including AUTOSAR and ASPICE. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align requirements, software architecture, and delivery objectives with program goals. Lead testing, debugging, and validation activities using industry‑standard tools to ensure system reliability and performance. Maintain end‑to‑end requirements traceability and high‑quality technical documentation to support audits, compliance, and long‑term maintainability. Apply disciplined configuration and change management practices using modern collaboration and version control tools. Uphold software quality through code reviews, static analysis, and continuous adherence to safety and process compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
