Key Responsibilities Broad understanding of supply & demand for customer sales orders & execution portion of it till fulfillment. Generate reports, track shipment. Close coordination with Planning, Purchasing and Logistics. Develop understanding of customer requirements and relationship with customers Handle global customer escalations & provide effective solutions for tool downs. Generate reports on delayed or any misses of fulfillment & take necessary action. Working in different time zones to support Global Customer Sales Order demands. Resource will be part of Fulfillment Ops team and helping with new reporting/dashboard requirements in the team along with the daily tactical. Participate
