Position Overview We are seeking an experienced India Marcom Lead Specialist based in Bangalore to own end-to-end marketing communications programs for the India market. This person leads integrated demand generation, driving campaign planning, execution, performance review, and optimization. This role will also support India PR programs and channel events where needed. Working closely with India sales, India channel marketing, regional marcom, and global stakeholders, this person will translate business priorities into focused, locally relevant marketing plans, make sound tradeoff decisions across competing requests, and strengthen ADI’s market presence in India while ensuring execution aligns with ADI compliance and global guidelines.
