Execute both manual and automated test scripts 2. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, standards and regulations 3. CRM Automaton Scripting Support Rational for Position: 1. CRM Automation Script Completion Risk The CRM Automation Script percentage is currently below expectations, putting the year-end target at risk. 2. Loss of SME for APWG CRM Application The team has lost the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the APWG CRM application, which includes multiple integrated components, creating a knowledge gap and potential delivery risk. Key Responsibilities Troubleshooting & Incident Management – Writing the automation scripts for UI applications, Web services, ETL. Find opportunity for test automation in various applications. - Proactive Maintenance of existing automation test scripts - Upgrade the regression test suit after every release - Collaborate with members of the team and contractors/vendors on bridge calls to root cause analysis and then retest the critic
