How you will make an impact: Veradigm is expanding its technical support team and is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Associate Technical Support Consultant to support and evolve our product platforms. This role is critical to the success of our VEHR (Veradigm Electronic Health Record) and other systems initiatives and requires deep expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex customer questions or problems over the telephone/Internet in the areas of system configurations/setup, product functionality, and bugs/enhancements.
