Airbus is looking for a Group Manager Digital Connectivity to join the Bengaluru, India location. Position Overview: Lead the Digital Connectivity team within the Digital Infrastructure & Platforms Department. The role focuses on delivering, securing, and operating robust network infrastructure and enterprise connectivity solutions. Success requires strong disciplinary leadership, a deep background in modern network architecture, and an exceptional track record in end-to-end service delivery. The successful candidate will establish team goals by identifying, evaluating, and understanding the business and digital strategy & technical trends. He/She will accomplish the team results/performance by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, coaching, and leading the team in the right direction. 聽 Qualification & Experience Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications, or a relevant engineering discipline. Experience: 12+ years in Network Engineering and IT Operations, including proven disciplinary leadership, team management, and global IT service delivery management. Domain Knowledge: Professional background in managing critical enterprise infrastructure is required (Aerospace industry background is a plus). General understanding of Engineering IT processes is expected; highly specific enterprise networking and service delivery domain expertise is mandatory.
