What you'll do Lead, grow, and develop a team of strong engineers by attracting top talent, mentoring through change, and crafting the conditions for great work. Drive the technical direction for the AI framework underpinning every AI experience in Adobe Express. Own delivery end-to-end, architecture choices, execution risk, dependencies, and clear signal to senior leadership on what matters. Partner closely with product, research, and build to turn ambitious AI ideas into systems that actually scale. Stay ahead of where the field is going with new models, new patterns, new evaluation methods and translate that into product impact. What you bring 15 - 20+ years in software engineering, with 6+ years leading engineering teams through real product delivery. Hands-on AI/ML experience, you've built ML-powered features, coordinated models into production systems, or worked shoulder to shoulder with ML research teams. You understand the gap between a model that works in a notebook and one that works at scale. A track record of driving AI adoption beyond a single team by defining success metrics, crafting governance practices, and enabling safe, scalable usage across an organization.
