In the role of Enterprise Sales Account Manager for Adobe’s Creativity & Productivity (C&P) Business Unit, you will lead growth initiatives across a dynamic portfolio of Named Enterprise Accounts in India. You will work with the comprehensive C&P solution suite, including Creative Cloud, Acrobat (Biz Pro), and new GenAI offerings such as Firefly. Key Responsibilities Drive Revenue Growth: Own and deliver against revenue targets by growing Adobe’s footprint across your assigned enterprise accounts. Account Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans, identifying white-space opportunities and building multi-year growth roadmaps. New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts through consultative selling. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with key business and technology collaborators, positioning Adobe as a strategic partner. Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Solution Consultants (SCs), Strategic Development, BDRs/ISRs, and Channel Partners to drive deal velocity and customer outcomes. Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain a robust, high-quality pipeline with disciplined forecasting and deal execution. Ecosystem Leadership : Orchestrate internal and external collaborators to deliver seamless customer experiences and successful deal closures.
