The Opportunity Join a world-class sales team at Adobe as an Customer Success Account Manager. What you'll Do Develop a solid knowledge of Adobe products to guide customer conversations and tackle their business challenges Drive up-sell and cross-sell by identifying ideal customer profiles and contacting them via multiple channels Identify and attract new users within organizations to encourage greater adoption of Adobe products Deliver quarterly sales targets and be accountable for calls, emails, meetings, opportunities, and revenue Research customers to identify growth opportunities and maintain real-time knowledge of customer profiles Complete Marketing Qualified Leads and other growth indicators to improve revenue Manage the lead and opportunity pipeline, providing timely updates to management Provide basic demos of Adobe solutions and collaborate with product specialists on found opportunities What you need to succeed Degree or equivalent practical experience Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas Outstanding communication and customer research skills Ability to successfully implement strategies to drive sales growth Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree or equivalent experience, or specific skills in sales and customer relationship management About Adobe Adobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences.
