K ey responsibilities Offer support to Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Partners Set up interviews, coordinate and perform the pre-employment checks. Use all features of the system as well as other tools such as: databases, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn, and job boards. Support the recruitment team to achieve internal performance metrics. Perform other administrative tasks that support the end-to-end recruitment process Requirements 1+ years of professional experience Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Organized and time management skills Strong customer focus University student or graduated in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields English language proficiency (B2+ level) French language proficiency Spanish language proficiency Minimum required education: High School Diploma.
