Architect AI-optimized solutions that enhance IT operations through predictive analytics, intelligent monitoring, and automation tools such as AIOps platforms (e.g., Palantir, Moogsoft, BigPanda, Splunk ITSI). Manage multiple towers from applications, data & analytics, automation, industry solution, infrastructure, and cloud. Leverage AI-driven automation to enhance service management processes, reduce operational noise, and enable proactive issue resolution.
