About the Role We are looking for a Business Process Consultant (BPC) with strong expertise in ServiceNow and a solid understanding of business process management in an agile delivery environment. As a BPC, you bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, helping clients optimize and advise on ServiceNow platform usage, improve processes, and deliver value through innovative solutions. You will work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, and project managers across all the modules available. Key Responsibilities Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into clear ServiceNow solutions. Support clients in process analysis, optimization, and documentation in alignment with ServiceNow best practices Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with business users. Assist in building user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows within Agile / SAFe delivery. Provide functional expertise across ServiceNow modules depending on project needs. Participate in testing, UAT support, and training sessions to ensure adoption and user enablement. Requirements: 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Consultant, or Functional Consultant in ServiceNow projects. Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes; exposure to other modules like HR or SPM is a plus. Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments.
