Performance Insights Lead – Ads Operations

What you’ll do: Ensure that the team is meeting key performance objectives, certifying the team proficiency in product areas Successfully lead a team of individual contributors by providing coaching and opportunities for development Ensure processes are executed within global operation standards Project manage and communicate progress and business impact of proactive sales strategy Own metrics and content for monthly / quarterly business reviews to client sales leadership team Build and maintain regional recommendation calendar, aligning with client stakeholders to drive sales action against business priorities Extract wins, key learnings and actionable insights from data and effectively communicate to sales leadership Share best practices and learnings with counterparts in other regions Proactively identify areas for improvement, be able to put together an actionable plan, align resources / stakeholders, and communicate progress while delivering on the plan Collaborate with L&D teams to create training content and/or deliver training as needed Requirements: 5+ years of experience, including: 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, digital media planning, ad tech or ad operations, preferably in a campaign management role 2+ years of management experience Technical foundation with relevant experience in Search/Shopping/Display/Social advertising technologies Comfort with being client-facing A structured and detail-oriented thinker Strong communication skills An individual that thrives in a fast-moving environment and is independently capable of seeking information, corralling resources, and delivering results without waiting for direction Business fluency in local language and English About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creat
