You are : An experienced Network Operations Subject Matter Expert - Cisco The Work : As a subject matter expert, you will act as the level 3 engineer supporting a Government of Canada Crown corporation with global operations. You will advise the client in complex issues, architectural recommendations, and mentor junior staff. Implement SD-WAN, remote access, and hybrid connectivity (IPSec/SSL, MPLS, ExpressRoute/Direct Connect). Automate configuration and compliance checks with Ansible/Python; manage golden configs and CI pipelines. Lead P1/P2 network incidents, perform packet captures, and drive RCA with corrective actions. Define monitoring KPIs, telemetry, and synthetic tests; maintain runbooks and topology diagrams. Collaborate with Cloud/Security teams on
