: We are hiring a Trade Compliance lawyer, with 3–5+ years’ experience as a lawyer focused on trade compliance law, to serve as a subject matter expert supporting trade compliance activities under the direction of senior trade compliance leadership. Global Trade Compliance Counsel plays an important part in promoting Accenture’s compliance with international trade control requirements and regulations in the countries where Accenture does business and helps our Legal team and business to understand trade and export control related risks, compliance, and program controls. This role is an execution‑focused position that operates under the supervision and direction of the Senior Trade Compliance Counsel, Americas Lead. The role supports business stakeholders on transactional trade compliance matters in client contracts and trade‑related reviews of the company’s services and offerings, and is responsible for developing and delivering relevant trade compliance training and awareness materials, as well as tools, templates, resources, and guidance materials in alignment with established global program guidance. : • Supports the implementation and maintenance of Accenture’s trade compliance program initiatives across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions, executing defined activities and priorities set by global and regional trade compliance leadership, including: • Development and delivery of trade compliance training using approved content and frameworks. • Development, review and implementation of trade policies and internal controls to support existing program requirements, subject to review and approval by senior trade compliance counsel. • Planning and drafting trade compliance communications with internal stakeholders to reinforce existing policies, guidance, and escalation pathways. • Working with senior management and outside counsel to conduct risk assessments, recommend improvements to the trade compliance program, and support the implementation of adopted recommen
