The Regional Protective Services team is a core part of GP&S with members based out of various regions of the world. Job Summary Join Accenture's dynamic Global Protection and Security (GP&S) team as the Employee Assistance Officer Manager (APAC). This position is GP&S’s primary responder for various incidents/emergencies involving individual employees throughout the APAC region. These incidents include but are not limited to medical situations, missing people, workplace violence, traveler security issues, etc. They will be the liaison between GP&S Operation Center (GP&S SOC) and the various key stakeholders in these matters, such as Employee Relations, Human Resources, Workplace, Legal, IT, Travel, etc. As an experienced professional in responding to and handling various personnel crises, they will provide strategic guidance and ensure the proper support teams are informed and engaged in responding to and supporting our employees during emergency situations. By utilizing their expertise to provide strategic guidance, assessing potential risks, and partner with our wider Accenture support team, they will play a key role in assuring the safety of Accenture’s people.
