The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Training Design and Delivery Leader, this role partners across the organization to drive a balanced, integrated learning strategy with equal focus on instructional design, technical training delivery through the LMS, learning analytics, and people leadership, ensuring end-to-end ownership from concept through execution, measurement, and continuous improvement. The role designs high-quality, engaging learning solutions, enables and delivers training at scale through enterprise learning platforms, uses data and analytics to improve outcomes, monitor execution, and evaluate effectiveness, and leads, coaches, and develops learning professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality results. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in learning design, confidence in learning technologies and analytics, and strong leadership capability to successfully connect strategy, delivery, performance, and team development.
