The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Senior DevOps Engineer on the Platform Services team, you will have the opportunity to apply your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. In this role, you will make an impact by: Building and maintaining the internal developer platform on Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA), owning the CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and environment automation that application teams depend on to deliver software. Driving software supply chain security from commit to production, including image security scanning, pipeline security gates, admission controls, and staged artifact promotion across environments. Defining and enforcing platform policy as code, governing what runs in our clusters, how environments are provisioned, and how secrets and access are managed at scale. Leading platform improvement initiatives, mentoring team members, and partnering with application teams, security teams, and cloud infrastructure teams to deliver a reliable, secure, and developer-friendly platform. Evaluating and adopting emerging platform capabilities, including self-service developer tooling, observability, automated certificate management, and supply chain integrity practices.
