The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As Senior Corporate Auditor you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Lead and collaborate with audit teams to conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits in a fast‑paced, learning‑focused environment. Assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls and evaluate compliance with applicable 3M policies and procedures, laws and regulations. Identify audit issues, analyze root causes, and provide practical recommendations to improve processes and controls. Prepare audit findings and present results to business and functional leaders. Ensure that management action plans are developed, sustainable, and implemented within agreed timelines. Produce complete and well‑documented work papers supporting audit conclusions. Participate in global and regional initiatives to enhance Corporate Audit methodologies and processes.
