The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As an SAP FI/CO Team Lead Specialist, you will provides technical expertise for key finance projects that require end-to-end finance knowledge and lead the Finance and Accounting (F&A) IT team by implementing best practices and providing technical guidance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Your key responsibilities would be to: Lead and supervise the Finance and Accounting (F&A) IT team, providing technical guidance, support, and constructive performance feedback to drive individual and team effectiveness. Foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment that encourages accountability, continuous improvement, and strong cross-functional partnership. Lead financial projects and participate in prioritized initiatives supporting SAP FI/CO configuration and customization to achieve business objectives. Monitor and improve service delivery for financial projects to ensure the team meets expected SLAs and proactively reduces high-ticket volumes.
