The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As an SAP-BTP Tech Lead (Integration Lead), this role is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of end-to-end integration solutions across enterprise platforms. By leading a team of developers, managing technical deliverables, and overseeing the design, development, and deployment of IFlows on SAP BTP Integration Suite / CPI, the role ensures scalable, secure, and high-quality integrations that support critical business operations. This position also reinforces integration standards, promotes best practices, and fosters effective collaboration across cross-functional teams to address evolving business and application integration needs. Your key responsibilities would be to: Lead and supervise the local BTP team, providing technical guidance and day-to-day support to ensure successful delivery and conduct performance reviews, offer constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment. Lead the TCOE team in supporting integration delivery and continuity requirements. Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of SAP CPI integrations.
