Here, you will make an impact by: Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Recognizes numerous process and product defects, diagnoses and performs process trouble shooting, makes a variety of process adjustments including temperature, line speed, air flow rate, positioning, centering, gap, etc. Must comprehend and utilize PLC & MMI computer-controlled interface with equipment. Uses test and measuring equipment in the manufacturing of finished goods. Uses pneumatic presses and punch out equipment.
