The Impact You’ll Make in this Role The EHS IT Lead Analyst is a client-facing IT professional who brings together technical expertise, analytical capability, and project management experience to support strategic global applications within 3M’s Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Product Stewardship organization. This role involves working on both small independent efforts and large global projects with cross-functional teams across different languages, cultures, and time zones to deliver effective, business-focused technology solutions. The position supports 3M Product Stewardship’s mission of helping ensure products comply with global regulations while also supporting employee safety in manufacturing environments, with primary responsibilities cantered on PS360 suite applications, web applications, batch jobs, interfaces, and reporting. Your key responsibilities would be to: Deploy, support, and maintain cloud-based applications while addressing global data privacy, disaster recovery, configuration management, and infrastructure compliance requirements. Manage application releases and database change control activities, including SQL script execution, testing, delivery coordination, and environment support across IT, vendors, and business teams.
