Job Description: About the Role We are looking for an experienced and consumer-centric Category Marketer to lead the growth of our product portfolio through data-driven category strategies, consumer insights, and channel excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies that drive profitable growth, strengthen brand relevance, and maximize market penetration across multiple distribution channels. You will work at the intersection of marketing, sales, shopper marketing, and supply chain to deliver exceptional consumer experiences while achieving business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute category marketing strategies based on consumer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and business priorities. Own the end-to-end category portfolio, driving sustainable growth, market share, and profitability. Lead category planning and portfolio optimization, including assortment, pricing, promotional strategy, and product mix to maximize revenue and gross margins. Analyze category performance using market data, consumer research, and business analytics to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic actions. Drive innovation by identifying unmet consumer needs and leading successful new product launches and commercialization initiatives. Partner closely with Sales, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure product availability, optimal distribution, and strong in-store execution across channels.
