Overview
Solutions Architecture Engineering focuses on designing complete technology solutions that solve complex business problems by combining software applications, cloud infrastructure, databases, security, networking, APIs, and enterprise systems. Solutions Architects translate business requirements into scalable, secure, cost-effective, and technically feasible architectures while guiding organizations through technology decisions, cloud adoption, digital transformation, and system integration.
What They Do
Analyze business requirements, design end-to-end technology solutions, select appropriate cloud and software technologies, create architecture diagrams, define integration strategies, evaluate technical trade-offs, guide implementation teams, ensure security and scalability, support cloud migrations, and communicate technical solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
Daily Responsibilities
Meet with customers and stakeholders, understand business challenges, design solution architectures, create technical proposals, select cloud services, review application designs, estimate costs, perform architecture assessments, recommend technology solutions, support engineering teams, conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs), review security requirements, and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
