What They Do

Design IoT architectures, develop connected devices, program microcontrollers, integrate sensors and actuators, build communication systems, develop IoT applications, process device data, connect hardware to cloud platforms, implement IoT security, manage device fleets, analyze sensor data, and create automation solutions.

Daily Responsibilities

Develop firmware for IoT devices, configure sensors and communication modules, connect devices to cloud platforms, develop IoT dashboards, process real-time data, troubleshoot connectivity issues, implement device security, manage MQTT/HTTP communication, test hardware prototypes, monitor deployed devices, optimize power consumption, and collaborate with embedded, cloud, software, and hardware teams.
