Simulation Engineering focuses on creating virtual models of products, systems, and manufacturing processes to evaluate performance, identify design issues, optimize functionality, and reduce the need for physical prototypes. Simulation Engineers combine multiple engineering disciplines such as structural analysis, fluid dynamics, thermal analysis, motion analysis, and system simulations to support product development.

What They Do

Develop simulation models, perform virtual testing, analyze engineering performance, validate product designs, optimize system behavior, identify design improvements, prepare technical reports, and support design and R&D teams throughout product development.

Daily Responsibilities

Import CAD models, prepare simulation geometry, create finite element or CFD models, perform motion and thermal simulations, analyze simulation results, validate models with test data, optimize product performance, prepare engineering reports, collaborate with design teams, support prototype development.
